Continuous grain (CG) technology enables the integrating of various circuits onto a glass panel, and Sharp expects to create system-on-glass solutions with the technology, Machida said. Sharp's CG silicon TFT features high electron mobility ranging from 250 to 300 square centimeters per volt-second, or nearly three times the level found on low-temperature polysilicon TFTs, which presently feature mobility of around 100 square cm/Vsec. That lower level of mobility limits the circuitry that can be integrated on glass to relatively low-speed items such as pixel drivers, Sharp said.
  
據此推想CG是低溫 poly-si on glass 的應用
說白一點 還是見光死的問題 但只要user個人能接受也就見仁見智了
