請記得把舊版的"完全移除"後再裝新版的....
如果還是有同樣的問題出現
請告知您的操作程序....
我會試著抓抓看....

after  i format my palm
it seems work fine now
i didn't remove the old one so that  the palm was crash .i can't soft reset.  
i think someone's nickname is too long to make crash on the last version.
